Spencer County implemented JA programs three years ago beginning with four classes. During the 2010-2011 school year, it has grown to serve more than 594 students in 28 classes at ten schools. With the rapid and successful growth, the Advisory Council has dedicated time and talents to ensure Spencer County implements JA programs and continues with its growth. Currently, JA serves 17% of the students in:

- Heritage Hills High School
- Lincoln Trails Elementary School
- Luce Elementary School
- Nancy Hanks Elementary School
- Rockport Elementary School
